Rectangle Pro can do that, if you pair it with advanced bettertouchtool triggers. But I don't think your solution is optimal, it'd be much easier to create a reddit.com webapp with e.g. fluid.app, make so every reddit link is handled via the reddit webapp using e.g. openin.app, and just store its size and location in app window presets which Rectangle or BTT can do easily. Another way to do it is to use a โbrowser chooserโ app. This is an app that you set as your default browser. Itโs not a browser itself, but instead it sends your links to your preferred browser. There are a bunch of these apps. I use Velja. OpenIn is another good one. Source: about 4 years ago
Other great apps I always use is Rocket, Rectangle, PastePal, NextDNS (more like a service than app), OpenIn, Overkill. Source: about 4 years ago

It helps to make your app accessible to users with disabilities. Apart from that the Accessibility Inspector offers a complete audit of the appโs UI elements.
