As answered by people managing Opalstack and Financica.
Financica's answer:
Financica is built as a shared workspace where founders and accountants work side by side on the same data, instead of passing spreadsheets and PDFs back and forth. It handles multi-currency natively, has e-invoicing (Peppol and UBL) built in rather than bolted on, and uses AI to learn your categorization patterns over time.
Financica's answer:
Most accounting tools are built for either the founder or the accountant, not both. Financica gives founders the cash visibility and burn rate they check every week, while giving accountants the chart of accounts, journal entries, and audit trails they need at month-end. Bank transactions and Stripe charges sync automatically, invoices can be sent and received electronically, and an AI assistant helps keep the books clean without ever applying changes on its own.
Financica's answer:
European startups and SMBs who want their founder and accountant working in one tool instead of juggling between bank portals, spreadsheets, email, and separate invoicing software.
