Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing OneTracker and Planpoint.

What makes your product unique?

Planpoint's answer:

A few things genuinely set Planpoint apart, and they're worth separating from the table-stakes features every plan viewer claims.

The biggest one is range within a single product. Most competitors do one thing, a flat 2D unit selector. Planpoint spans flat 2D, stepped rotation (Orbit), and full Immersive 3D, across 9 themes and 6 modes, so a client can start simple and scale up to a high-end immersive experience without switching vendors or rebuilding. That flexibility is hard to match.

Second is that it's a connected sales tool, not just a viewer. Real-time pricing and availability plus integrations with Salesforce, SparkRE, BuildingStack, Calendly, and PayPal mean it plugs into the actual sales stack. A lot of "interactive floor plan" tools are essentially clickable images; Planpoint moves inventory.
