Ticketping is an AI-powered customer support helpdesk that works natively inside Slack. It brings conversations from your website chat and email into Slack, automatically answers common questions with AI, and lets your team step in whenever human support is needed.

Connect your Slack workspace and Ticketping turns it into a shared support inboxโ€”without forcing your team to learn or manage another helpdesk.

Customers can contact you through your website chat widget or email. Ticketping keeps every conversation synced with Slack, so your team can reply directly from the tools they already use.

AI can automatically handle repetitive FAQs using your documentation or knowledge base. When a conversation needs human attention, your team simply takes over the same thread and continues helping the customer.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing OnePatch and Ticketping.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Ticketping's answer:

Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Svelte, TypeScript, Slack API, AWS and Vercel.

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Ticketping's answer:

Peerlist, SpendCrypto, FrameworkLA, CatchIntent

What makes your product unique?

Ticketping's answer:

Ticketping turns Slack into the actual helpdesk, rather than simply sending helpdesk notifications into Slack.

For customer support, conversations from website chat, email, forms and Slack Connect become structured Slack threads where the whole team can collaborate and reply. For internal support, Ticketping can monitor designated Slack channels and turn employee requests into trackable IT or operations tickets.

AI handles repetitive questions, while humans can take over the same conversation instantly. Ticketping also avoids per-seat pricing, so support, engineering, product and operations teams can collaborate without paying for every teammate who joins a ticket.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Ticketping's answer:

Choose Ticketping if your team already works in Slack and wants support to stay there.

Traditional helpdesks such as Zendesk and Intercom require agents to work from another inbox, while many Slack integrations mainly push notifications into Slack. Ticketping lets teams receive, discuss, assign and reply to tickets directly from Slack threads.

Compared with larger Slack-focused platforms, Ticketping is intentionally simpler and priced for lean teams. There are no per-agent fees, AI is optional, and teammates from engineering, product or operations can jump into a ticket without needing another paid seat.

It works for both external customer support through chat, email, forms and Slack Connect, and internal support such as IT requests submitted through existing Slack channels. Ticketping starts at $29/month.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Ticketping's answer:

Ticketping is built for Slack-first startups and technology companies that want customer or internal support to happen where their team already works.

The primary users are lean SaaS and B2B teams where founders, support, engineering and product frequently collaborate on customer issues. Ticketping also works well for internal IT, operations and engineering support teams that receive employee requests through Slack channels and need to turn those conversations into organized, trackable tickets.

What's the story behind your product?

Ticketping's answer:

Ticketping came from a problem I kept running into myself.

At work, we handle around 150 support tickets every day across our products. The tickets might live in a helpdesk or email, but resolving them often means pulling developers, product people or other teammates into Slack. We constantly ended up switching between Slack, Zendesk and email just to resolve a customer issue.

I wanted the workflow to work the other way around: bring the ticket to the team instead of making the team go to the ticket.

That's why I built Ticketping. Customer conversations arrive in Slack, the right teammates can jump into the thread, AI can handle repetitive questions, and responses are synced back to the customer automatically.
