  • GTD Software
Iโ€™ve been using the personal version of Nozbe for several years and extremely satisfied with the software. The founder (Michael Sliwinski) is a big fan of GTD and follows it methodically. He also knows David Allan fairly well. Iโ€™ve also his books and listened to his podcast. Source: over 3 years ago
  • Why are todolist apps proliferating, but checklist apps aren't ?
I use Nozbe for this. I have some tasks that repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and which involved checklists. For example, every month I have a checklist that pop ups and tells me how to submit my tax return for my business or do a bank recon or my weekly review. I can also attach documents or screenshots to my tasks to make it easier. Iโ€™ve used it for about 5 years now. Very happy with it. Source: over 4 years ago
