LiveShareIt is an all-in-one browser-based collaboration workspace designed to make working together fast and frictionless.
Create a room, share the link, and start collaborating instantly. Guests can join without creating an account or installing another app.
LiveShareIt brings multiple collaboration tools into one shared workspace:
Real-time live editor for notes, documents, and shared text Video calls directly inside the collaboration room Collaborative whiteboard for brainstorming and visual thinking File sharing with simple link-based access AI-powered UML diagrams for quickly visualizing systems and ideas PlantUML tools for technical diagrams Group voting and decision tools with live results and AI-assisted insights
Instead of switching between separate tools for meetings, documents, whiteboards, file sharing, and diagrams, LiveShareIt keeps everything together behind one shareable link.
It is useful for remote teams, developers, students, interviews, brainstorming sessions, quick meetings, and anyone who needs a temporary collaborative workspace without complicated setup.

LiveShareIt.com's answer:
LiveShareIt is designed for remote teams, students, educators, developers, consultants, creators, and small businesses. LiveShareIt.com's answer:
LiveShareIt combines a real-time editor, video calls, file sharing, an infinite whiteboard, AI diagram generation, polls, and group decision tools in one browser-based room. A workspace is created with a simple URL, allowing people to start collaborating immediately without installing software or requiring every participant to create an account.
LiveShareIt.com's answer:
LiveShareIt reduces the need to switch between separate meeting, document, whiteboard, file-sharing, and polling applications. Everything stays connected inside one shareable workspace. It is especially useful for people who value fast setup, guest-friendly access, and having communication and collaboration tools in one place.
LiveShareIt.com's answer:
LiveShareIt grew from a simple idea: online collaboration should begin with a link, not a lengthy setup process. People often need several disconnected applications to talk, write, draw, exchange files, and make decisions. LiveShareIt brings those activities into one room so participants can focus on the work instead of managing tools and invitations.
LiveShareIt.com's answer:

I'm using NotePlan (https://noteplan.co) and loving it. It's a macOS/iOS app (there's a somewhat limited Web version). IMO, the best balance between PKM and task manager/calendar management. I've also tried Amplenote (https://amplenote.com) that has some of the features you want but the tagging concept lost me. - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
I've been using NotePlan (https://noteplan.co) with the Projects + Reviews plugin. It's been a game changer for me. The (almost) perfect combination of tasks + notes. I also manage my personal stuff with it. It's a paid macOS app but, IMO, worth every penny. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
Noteplan and Plume - not a Markdown, more Apple notes competitors. - Source: dev.to / about 2 years ago
Consider https://legendapp.com/ or https://noteplan.co/ for nice note integration with your calendar. You could easily create a list of contacts in these systems and trigger various events (singular and recurring). - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
