TapCrop's answer:

TapCrop processes everything 100% in your browser — your images never leave your device. Most competitors upload files to their servers, raising privacy concerns. TapCrop also supports true batch processing: crop, resize, compress, watermark and convert hundreds of images at once, not one by one.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

TapCrop's answer:

Unlike TinyPNG or iLoveIMG, TapCrop never uploads your files. Unlike Canva, it handles bulk operations on hundreds of images at once. It's completely free to start with no signup, no watermarks, and no per-image limits.

What's the story behind your product?

TapCrop's answer:

I was frustrated with the repetitive workflow of cropping images one by one for different social media platforms. Every tool I found either required uploads to a server, charged per image, or couldn't handle batch operations. So I built TapCrop — a privacy-first batch image editor that runs entirely in the browser.

React, Vite, JavaScript, Canvas API, CSS. Hosted on Vercel. All image processing uses the browser's native API — no server-side processing.
