Yes. I am doing this right now through noom.com. It takes a while but for me they say not to ignore the craving but understand what is triggering it: proximity to food, routine, boredom, "fog eating" (which is just mindlessly snacking when sitting on the couch or standing in the kitchen etc.) Then decide what it is you crave and why. I'm using Strava to track endurance work and strong.app for lifting. I'm pretty happy with Strong, but it is a subscription app if you want to save more than three custom workout routines (they also have some of the popular beginner programs pre-populated). Source: over 4 years ago
