He claims to have sold off some of his projects for large sums of "$", If the numbers are correct and not fabricated the currency certainly isn't USD/EUR. The userback.io link appears to relate to the site's hovering "feedback" button on the side, which may be regarded by some as an annoyance, though I'd only block it if it doesn't otherwise remove the feedback function on the site.
