Nimitai is AI sales-call prep and prospect-research software with real-time meeting coaching, built for B2B SaaS founders and sales teams of 1–50 reps. It was built after analyzing 350+ real B2B sales calls across 200+ businesses.

Before the call — the Researcher agent turns a LinkedIn profile or CRM lead into a complete pre-meeting dossier in about 90 seconds: a buyer-psychology profile (the Mirror Layer), likely objections, company context, and a personalized game plan.

During the call — real-time coaching surfaces answers, next questions, and objection prompts live, on Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams.

After the call — automatic analysis: MEDDPICC-based scorecards, objection patterns, deal-risk signals, and CRM sync with Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive.

Gong tells you what happened after the call; Nimitai prepares you before it. One plan at $149/seat/month, month-to-month, no seat minimums. Rated 5.0 on G2.

Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing Nimitai and DevLogs.

What makes your product unique?

Nimitai's answer

Nimitai is the only AI meeting intelligence platform purpose-built for B2B SaaS teams with 2-10 reps. Unlike enterprise tools like Gong or Chorus that require $1,200+/seat/year and 15-seat minimums, Nimitai delivers the same caliber of conversation intelligence starts at $149/seat/month with no annual contract

What sets Nimitai apart: - Real-time coaching during live meetings — not just post-call summaries - Buyer signal and emotion detection that flags the exact moment a prospect leans in or checks out - Deal health scoring based on actual conversation signals — not what reps self-report in CRM - Win/loss pattern intelligence across your entire pipeline, automatically surfaced - Auto-generated battle cards before each call based on deal context and historical patterns - Setup in under 30 minutes — no IT team, no implementation project, no training required

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Nimitai's answer

Most conversation intelligence platforms like Gong, Chorus, and Clari are built for enterprise sales organizations with 50+ reps, dedicated sales ops teams, and six-figure annual budgets. If you're a founder or first sales leader running a team under 10 reps, those tools are overkill in complexity and cost.

Nimitai gives you the intelligence without the overhead: - 80% lower cost than Gong — $149/seat/month vs $1,200+/seat/year - No annual contract — pay monthly, cancel anytime - No minimum seats — works for teams as small as 2 reps - 30-minute setup — connect your calendar and video platform, and every meeting is analyzed automatically - AI coaching that's actionable — specific timestamps with context, not generic scores - CRM integration with HubSpot and Salesforce — meeting intelligence flows directly into your pipeline

If you need Gong-level conversation intelligence at startup-friendly pricing, Nimitai is the best alternative on the market.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Nimitai's answer

Nimitai is built for B2B SaaS founders and early-stage sales leaders who are actively running or coaching a sales team of 2-10 account executives.

Our primary users include: - Founder-led sales teams where the CEO or co-founder is still personally involved in sales calls and needs data-driven feedback to improve close rates - First-time sales managers building a coaching program without dedicated sales enablement resources - Account executives who want real-time coaching insights and structured feedback on every meeting - Revenue leaders at seed-to-Series B startups who need pipeline intelligence without the cost of enterprise tooling

The common thread: teams that have established basic CRM hygiene and a repeatable demo process, and are now focused on improving conversion rates through better coaching, tighter deal qualification, and deeper understanding of why deals are won or lost.

What's the story behind your product?

Nimitai's answer

Nimitai was born from a painful moment of clarity. Co-founder Nilansh Gupta was helping run sales for a B2B SaaS company when they lost a deal they'd been nurturing for four months. The prospect went dark after what seemed like a great demo.

When they finally got the prospect on a "why'd we lose" call, the answer was simple: "Every time we asked about a specific use case, your rep seemed uncertain. We went with the company who knew that answer cold."

The team had the answer. The rep just hadn't been coached on it. And the reason was that nobody was reviewing conversations with any structure — there was no way to know that question was coming up repeatedly across meetings.

Nilansh went back and reviewed three months of sales meetings in a single weekend. The patterns were painful and obvious. Deals were being lost in predictable, fixable ways.

That's why Nimitai exists — not just to transcribe meetings, but to make the intelligence inside those conversations accessible in real time, without hiring a sales analyst or paying enterprise prices. Founded in 2025 by Nilansh Gupta and Archit Dhir, Nimitai now has 412+ founders on the waitlist and is building fast.

Which are the primary technologies used for building your product?

Nimitai's answer

Nimitai is built on a modern AI-native technology stack: - Large Language Models (LLMs) for real-time conversation analysis, coaching insight generation, and natural language understanding - Speech-to-text AI with speaker diarization for accurate transcription with speaker separation - Natural Language Processing (NLP) for buyer signal detection, sentiment analysis, and emotion recognition - Machine learning models for deal health scoring, win/loss pattern recognition, and predictive analytics - Real-time streaming architecture for live meeting analysis across Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams - CRM API integrations with HubSpot and Salesforce for automatic data sync - Cloud-native infrastructure designed for low-latency processing and enterprise-grade security

Who are some of the biggest customers of your product?

Nimitai's answer

Nimitai is currently in private beta with a curated group of early-stage B2B SaaS companies. We have 412+ founders on the waitlist representing companies across SaaS, fintech, healthtech, and developer tools.

Our founding users include: - Seed-to-Series A B2B SaaS founders running sales teams of 2-10 reps - First-time sales leaders at high-growth startups - Revenue leaders at venture-backed companies looking for a Gong alternative

Finally a sales tool that gets how we actually sell in India

I've tried a few AI sales tools before and the biggest problem was always the same — they were built for American sales calls. Clean English, formal tone, structured conversations. That's just not how we sell here. NimitAI was the first tool where I felt like it actually understood the context. The Hinglish, the way conversations jump around, the relationship-first approach Indian sales has. The real-time coaching doesn't feel intrusive, it feels like having a smart colleague whispering the right thing at the right moment. Early days but genuinely excited about where this is going.

    Competitors: Gong.io, Salesken, Chorus
