Some web-based UI libs do have RN siblings though - such as React Native Material and React Native Paper (for Material-UI), and tailwind-rn (for Tailwind). Which would give you a full-screen browser, which I think would cover the display part of this. The tricky part is going to be getting the specific reviews. Have you something in mind for that? I suppose I would scrape the reviews and host them locally, then display them in the chromium-browser. Something like scrapehero.com's free tier might do the trick?
