Some web-based UI libs do have RN siblings though - such as React Native Material and React Native Paper (for Material-UI), and tailwind-rn (for Tailwind). I was lucky enough to get them, and the subs work well enough, although if I pick the wrong sub to attach it gets wonky. Also I really want this in english. Anyway, where to host well - google drive springs to mind - no idea if that will or will not work. BitTorrent perhaps? https://onestream.live/ seems like a possible option as well.
