Some web-based UI libs do have RN siblings though - such as React Native Material and React Native Paper (for Material-UI), and tailwind-rn (for Tailwind). I would also suggest using a timer app like Medito which is completely free and try to start off with 5 to 10 minutes sessions as many days a week as you can. Source: over 3 years ago
