Built on Laravel Forge server deployments and enhanced with Docker containers like Portainer, Authentik, Beszel, Kopia, and Uptime Kuma, Transformable.app provides a unified dashboard to manage your self-hosted cloud. The platform features an Apps Library with over 50 pre-configured open-source applications ready for one-click deployment on x86 and ARM64 servers.
Key capabilities include automated server setup, application deployment, server health monitoring, SSL certificate management, domain and DNS monitoring, uptime monitoring, and proactive alerting. The platform supports hybrid cloud solutions across multiple providers (Akamai, AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr) and offers both self-managed and fully managed service tiers.
Transformable.app enables users to eliminate monthly SaaS subscriptions by replacing them with self-hosted alternatives, potentially saving on monthly subscriptions while maintaining full control over data and infrastructure. The platform emphasizes a "human in the loop" approach, providing expert support through multiple channels including chat, issue tracking, and appointments.

transformable.appNamecheap's answer
transformable.app's answer:
Control and cost: Own your data and infrastructure; replace SaaS subscriptions with self-hosted alternatives (e.g. โSave $100+ per month by replacing 3 monthly SaaS subscriptionsโ).
One dashboard: Servers, apps, domains, DNS, SSL, alerts, and monitoring in a single dashboard instead of juggling multiple tools.
Curated Apps Library: Pre-tested Portainer stacks and one-click installs reduce setup risk and time.
Support when you need it: 24/7 support (email, chat, Mattermost, appointments) and optional Fully Managed tier with dedicated account manager and managed updates/backups.
Transparent pricing: Clear plans (e.g. Self Managed $29/mo, Fully Managed $99/mo), unlimited servers and apps (you pay providers for infra), no hidden fees.
transformable.app's answer:
Transformable.app is a human-in-the-loop (HITL) self-hosted cloud management platform. It stands out by offering: Unified stack management: One place for Laravel Forge servers, Portainer stacks, domains, SSL, alerts, and a curated Apps Library (50+ pre-configured open-source apps for x86 and ARM64).
โHumans in the loopโ: The product and team are positioned to help users get their self-hosted cloud running, not just provide software. Hybrid and multi-provider: Supports multiple clouds (Akamai, AWS, DigitalOcean, Hetzner, Vultr, Oracle, on-prem TrueNAS with Tailscale) and ties into tools like Authentik, Kopia, Uptime Kuma, Homarr, Beszel.
No vendor lock-in: You own your infra and data; the platform manages deployment, monitoring, and updates (e.g. Watchtower, server update checks).

transformable.app's answer:
Small businesses, creators, freelancers, and professionals who want: - Full control over their web presence and costs - To reduce or replace SaaS subscriptions with self-hosted tools - A โproductivity cloudโ or โself-hosted cloudโ without building everything themselves - Optional hybrid setups (cloud + on-prem, e.g. TrueNAS) - Data ownership and fewer lock-in concerns
Also developers and teams already using Laravel Forge who want quick app deployments from a library of ready-to-deploy stacks.

Custom Domain -> I bought my custom domain at godaddy.com but you can also use other services such as hostgator.com, domains.cloudflare.com, namecheap.com. However, I did later find out that Vercel's pricing was lowest for the domains I was interested in. - Source: dev.to / about 1 year ago

I am writing to bring to your attention the fraudulent and deceptive practices of Namecheap.com (https://namecheap.com). I fell victim to this company's unethical behavior when they renewed all my domain names without my consent costing me $422.18. Despite my repeated selection of the DO NOT RENEW option within my personal account, Namecheap.com disregarded my wishes. - Source: Hacker News / about 2 years ago
Check porkbun.com, namesilo.com, then namecheap.com. They offer most but not all TLDs but each offers a few the other doesn't. There are some that none of them offer so you can try GoDaddy but they're pricey. Those three are among your best bets for long term low pricing. Source: over 2 years ago
