If you have the mnemonic seed phrase, you can find out what the corresponding Private Key/Ethereum address is, for example, with myetherwallet.com. Thank you! I just checked that. The account is newly created, it was only connected to myetherwallet.com. Maybe the whole Metamask wallet was compromised so the hacker can access to all the accounts within it. Source: over 4 years ago

I don't know the answer but I did have a guess based on some reading on ampleforth.org. There is a governance token called FORTH and their new concept version of a stablecoin called AMPL. You'd have to read about how they change wallet balances when price increases and decreases because it's definitely unique.
