  1. Absolutely amazing!

LibreWolf just makes my work easier and faster, it only needs some configuration and you're done. To be honest uBlock-Origin is the best Ad-Block in my opinion, it's the only one I can trust for privacy!

One of LibreWolf's main attractions is its staunch commitment to user privacy. It ships with a no-telemetry policy out-of-the-box, ensuring that your browsing habits stay your business. This places it a cut above many counterparts, including Firefox, which requires users to manually opt-out of telemetry and data collection.

If you are curious to find more interesting stuff, start here: โ€“ https://mojeek.com/ search engine with own index, totally different results - https://wiby.me/ another search engine, but "old school" kind of web sites. Search engines. Search engines have a massive hand when it comes to centralising. Both Google and Bing prioritise centralised services no matter how irrelevant their pages are. Just try an independent engine like https://mojeek.com and see for yourself how vastly different the surfing experience is. It's like you're back to the time when the internet was accessible and not centralised to a few Big Tech apps and... - Source: Hacker News / 7 months ago

DuckDuckGo is really good when it comes to privacy, but just as bad as google with showing information. Even though it doesn't tell you most of the top results on DuckDuckGo are ads, they paid to be the top results. It also tends to filter out non politically correct information. I haven't been able to find any real alternative to this except maybe Swisscows and Mojeek. These search engines provide fully... Source: about 1 year ago
