I like your idea, and the end result isnt that bad. I would try to straighten the text and change to colours to the originals that pepsi have and not the washed out ones that you used. I also would suggest that you try to make a realistic mock-up. You can use https://mockups-design.com/ for a free and really good soda can mock-up if you have Photoshop. It seems according to pkgsrc.org that pkgin might follow the PKG_PATH environment variable. You're supposed to set PKG_PATH="http://cdn.NetBSD.org/pub/pkgsrc/packages/NetBSD/$(uname -p)/$(uname -r|cut -f '1 2' -d.)/All/", and according to uname(1), -p gives the processor architecture and -r gives the operating system [kernel] release.
