Long answer, you should probably just use regular auth but you could get creative and find other ways to do get around it. For example, when the user purchase the ad removal you send them an email with a customized link that when clicked it sets a cookie on your site that you can check and hide the ads. The counter function is written in Ruby. Since Ruby is an interpreted language, AssemblyLift deploys a customized Ruby 3.1 interpreter compiled to WebAssembly, which executes the function handler.
