I would also suggest using a timer app like Medito which is completely free and try to start off with 5 to 10 minutes sessions as many days a week as you can. Source: over 3 years ago

I was able to find a "translation" into modern English on No Fear Shakespeare (sparknotes.com) It was helpful. They had a summary, but they didn't have the Timon of Athens play. I am not able to find a 'translation' of Timon of Athens... Source: almost 5 years ago
