I don't like the service. It is very slow and very expensive. Not recommended it to others.
Don't work the heatmap and I did not like others.
I found that Hotjar was not user-friendly. It's hard to navigate, I kept getting lost. They should do a better job with their customer service as well. I felt like they weren't responsive to my needs and it just wasn't worth the money for me to continue with them.
Based on our record, Hotjar should be more popular than Maze. It has been mentiond 8 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on Reddit, HackerNews and some other platforms. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I can see that you have kept an input box that asks to write optician. It is not the most wonderful user experience in my opinion.
