I went online to mathhelp.com and bought their accuplacer prep course for $50. I spent 6-7 hours a day for a 3 weeks just going through all the modules. I had to relearn basic multiplication, long division, and 5th grade fractions even. I worked my way up to logarithms, and trigonometry. Don't do bootcamp. Start with something like https://freecodecamp.org and take a few lessons. Try to build something from that and see how motivated you are. If you see some progress and this thing still excites you, then may be find an engineer (a friend/co worker etc) who can guide you a bit as you continue to build something.
