I've inherited about 40+ of wordpress sites and I need to produce a report on any plugins that are no longer maintained. I know that MainWP can do this but I would like to be able to run a search through the command line so that I can export into a spreadsheet. If you're looking to learn to code, period, then trying to start a big project is probably not the way to go! I would recommend working through some good tutorials and workshop type things, like Automate the Boring Stuff, Free Code Camp, Codeasy.net, Grasshopper, etc. (I would recommend Codecademy but I feel like it's gone downhill without a premium subscription).
