Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LinkedIn and Stackforce.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Stackforce's answer:

Stackforce is built for in-house recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and founders who need to move fast from role brief to qualified candidates without getting stuck in manual work.

Itโ€™s especially valuable for teams handling high-volume hiring, fast-scaling startups, and lean HR functions where time spent on sourcing, outreach, and screening directly slows down hiring outcomes. Instead of adding more tools to manage, Stackforce fits teams that want to automate execution and focus only on final hiring decisions.

What makes your product unique?

Stackforce's answer:

Instead of giving you more dashboards or filters, Stackforceโ€™s AI agent (โ€œStackyโ€) runs sourcing, outreach and qualification end-to-end - pulling from a pre-enriched talent pool, engaging candidates with personalized campaigns, and filtering responses before they ever reach you.

The real shift is in decision-making speed. You donโ€™t review hundreds of profiles or replies - you get a ready-to-hire shortlist.

And with AI profile chat, you can instantly ask questions about any candidate and get structured, recruiter-like insights - even when the information isnโ€™t explicitly stated.

Stackforce isnโ€™t another ATS or sourcing tool. It replaces the most time-consuming parts of recruiting - so you focus only on conversations that matter.

Essential Professional Network โ€” Valuable but Sometimes Noisy

I use LinkedIn almost every day for career networking, following industry news, and job hunting, and overall itโ€™s been very useful. Itโ€™s the go-to place to connect with colleagues, recruiters, and professionals in your field โ€” and Iโ€™ve gotten valuable opportunities just from profile visibility and posts.

The job search tools are solid, with alerts and recommended roles based on your profile. Itโ€™s also handy for building your personal brand by sharing content or engaging with discussions in your industry.

That said, LinkedInโ€™s feed can sometimes feel noisy with overly promotional posts, irrelevant updates, or recruiters spamming every connection. And while the Premium subscription adds features like InMail and deeper insights, it feels pricey if youโ€™re only occasionally job hunting.

Overall, LinkedIn is a powerful professional platform that delivers real value, but itโ€™s not perfect
