Since I play a lot of shooters and I'm really picky with the sensitivity I'm using, I generally use mouse-sensitivity.com to make sure I have the same values in every shooter I play. But the mod I mentioned early changes the default values to something I couldn't find anywhere, and that page doesn't have the option to choose this mod in particular. So I don't know what to do. Sounds pretty normal, I put your settings into mouse-sensitivity.com and it comes out to 38cm/360 which for tac fps games is considered a pretty average sens. It might sound stupid but if you want really fast flicks then you just have to move your arm faster or you can just speed your sens up. Source: about 3 years ago
First of all, make sure mouse acceleration is turned off in your windows settings. Then download aimlab. After that, you need to synchronize your sensitivity on deceive and aimlab. To do this, pick one of the supported games in the sensitivity section of aimlab, and then go to a website like https://mouse-sensitivity.com/ and convert your deceive sensitivity to the game you picked in aimlab.
