Most tools measure half the picture. Traditional metrics platforms like LinearB focus on quantitative signals (DORA metrics, cycle time). Iโve been using the personal version of Nozbe for several years and extremely satisfied with the software. The founder (Michael Sliwinski) is a big fan of GTD and follows it methodically. He also knows David Allan fairly well. Iโve also his books and listened to his podcast. Source: over 3 years ago
I use Nozbe for this. I have some tasks that repeat daily, weekly or monthly, and which involved checklists. For example, every month I have a checklist that pop ups and tells me how to submit my tax return for my business or do a bank recon or my weekly review. I can also attach documents or screenshots to my tasks to make it easier. Iโve used it for about 5 years now. Very happy with it. Source: over 4 years ago
