I haven't done this course, but I have been programming with Javascript for about ~1.5years and can build things with React, the best course I found, and I bet it would translate to angular, is learnjavascript.online. Another resource that is good is http://csbin.io/ which is a codesmith platform. The Jad Joubran courses on the other hand really upped my skill level and helped me make the jump from passive learning, exercises and very small projects to making legitimate web apps. Hey there, after doing some research it seems like the conclusion is your vpn. Nord VPN has a lack of port forwarding, while other vpns have port forwarding (proton, mullvad). That is most likely interrupting your speed. also, apparently nord does keep some sort of logs if your interested in that. I would recommend cancelling nord and getting something else like proton or mullvad (i would recommend proton more)... Source: over 2 years ago
