Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LaunchRender and Hitoo.

What makes your product unique?

Hitoo's answer:

Hitoo is the only full-stack speech-to-speech platform that translates in real-time (<300ms) while preserving the speaker's voice, tone, and emotional intent. Unlike existing solutions that produce mechanical output, Hitoo keeps who you are across languages — same voice, same presence, different words.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Hitoo's answer:

Competitors either translate without preserving voice identity (Zoom AI, Teams), or provide voice components without a full solution (ElevenLabs, Deepgram). Hitoo is API/SDK-first, drops into existing enterprise infrastructure, and is the only platform that combines voice identity preservation, sub-300ms latency, and enterprise compliance (SOC2/HIPAA roadmap) in a single stack.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Hitoo's answer:

Enterprise B2B: contact centers, healthcare providers, hospitality operators, and global teams that require real-time multilingual communication at scale — where translation quality, voice fidelity, and compliance are non-negotiable.

What's the story behind your product?

Hitoo's answer:

Built by Matteo Pelosi, a software engineer with 8+ years of experience in distributed systems and real-time architecture. The premise: every real-time translation tool sounds robotic. Language carries identity — accent, tone, emotion — and losing that in a business conversation means losing trust. Hitoo was built to fix that at the infrastructure level.
