ClassQuill's answer:
EquateIt Tutoring at https://equateit.com.au
ClassQuill's answer:
ClassQuill was built out of necessity. The founder, Brandon Collis (Honours in Electrical Engineering, Bachelor of Finance), runs EquateIt — a Melbourne-based maths and science tutoring company. After trying every existing tutoring management tool and finding that none of them fit the way a real tutoring business operates, he built ClassQuill from scratch. What started as internal software for EquateIt has been opened up to other tutoring businesses who face the same problem. ClassQuill is the software we wished existed when we started.
ClassQuill's answer:
Tutoring company owners and operators — particularly those running private tutoring businesses with 5–50 tutors, VCE coaching centres, and independent tutors scaling to a small team. The typical ClassQuill customer is a tutoring business owner who is currently managing bookings in spreadsheets, chasing payments manually, and communicating with parents over WhatsApp — and needs a proper system to grow.
ClassQuill's answer:
TutorBird and TutorCruncher are solid admin tools — but they were built for the UK and US markets and stop at scheduling and invoicing. ClassQuill goes further: it includes AI-powered student support between sessions, a parent visibility portal, and a lead management CRM, so tutoring companies can manage the full student lifecycle from first enquiry to long-term retention in one place. It's also free to start with no lock-in contract, so there's no risk in trying it.
ClassQuill's answer:
ClassQuill is the only tutoring management platform that combines the full business workflow — leads, scheduling, billing, parent communication, and progress reporting — with AI-powered lesson support between sessions. Most tools handle one side of the problem: either the admin (scheduling/billing) or the academic (lesson content). ClassQuill handles both. It's also the only platform in this space built specifically for the Australian tutoring market, with VCE and curriculum support baked in, and a white-label option for tutoring companies that want to run it under their own brand.
