Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing LaunchRender and Callboxee.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Callboxee's answer:

We implement a unique software to help modernize outdated callbox/intercom systems without the cost of a new hardware and installation.

What makes your product unique?

Callboxee's answer:

Purely software implementation at no additional cost to the property.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Callboxee's answer:

Our primary audience consists of apartment community managers and gated property owners who use legacy callbox systems and want a modern, streamlined solution for managing access codes and visitor permissions.

What's the story behind your product?

Callboxee's answer:

The idea was born out of a real, everyday frustration. The problem was obvious but unsolved: gated access systems assumed you’d always be available to answer your phone. Every visit started the same way, a phone call at the gate. Whether I was in a meeting, driving, or simply unavailable, I still had to stop what I was doing just to let someone in. I needed a better solution: a way to create secure, time-limited access codes that visitors could use on their own.
