Typical users are tracking a mix of things: business licenses, ISO and safety certificates, insurance policies, vendor and SaaS contracts, equipment warranties, grant deadlines, and memberships.

It fits any organization where a missed renewal has a real cost, whether that's lost coverage, a lapsed certification, an auto-renewed contract nobody wanted, or a clawed-back grant, but that isn't big enough to want a heavy enterprise compliance suite.
