It doesn't seem like the company is treating employees evenly across the board. It also doesn't seem like they have systems in place to have fully documented the things they're accusing her of. I decided to try to find an online dentist and found this site, justanswer.com that offered access to chat with a dentist for $2. If you are happy with the performance, just a couple of notes: I BELIEVE that Apple replace the battery and whole keyboard (because it is quicker for the customer); if you do it yourself you will need to unglue the battery (not simple), but as others have said, ifixit.com have guides. Some good tips for you, though: unplug your laptop when it's asleep/shut down. This will help increase the lifespan of your battery. Look up a few tutorials on how to disassemble it. Might be able to find some on ifixit. I recommend a tilting laptop mount to help increase airflow and improve wrist ergonomics.
