Questions & Answers

As answered by people managing JSFiddle and Statly.

What makes your product unique?

Statly's answer:

Statly is not a basic analytics tool. Most tools stop at follower and view counts. Statly goes further: it measures every video against its own account's average and median, tracks view-to-follower ratio and virality, re-reads each video daily to draw its growth curve, and flags what is taking off today. These are metrics and insights most competing tools do not offer, across Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and X, so you see why a video works and what to make next.

Why should a person choose your product over its competitors?

Statly's answer:

Most social tools are built around scheduling and publishing, with analytics as a side feature. Statly is built only for research: which videos beat their account's normal results, what is trending in your niche, and what to make next. It covers four platforms in one place, adds Library, Teams and alerts in Slack, Discord or Telegram, and offers an API and MCP connector (Scale plan and above). Free 7-day trial, plans from EUR 39/month.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Statly's answer:

Creators and marketing agencies, especially those who rely on short-form content, plus business owners in niches like faceless social media pages, YouTube automation, AI avatar accounts and influencer-led brands. Anyone who needs to know which videos are working in their niche and what to make next.

What's the story behind your product?

Statly's answer:

Statly was started by the owner of a social media agency (founded in June 2023). Clients kept asking "what should we create next, and why?", and most tools treated analytics as a side feature behind scheduling and publishing. The founder wanted analytics to be the reason a tool exists. It began as a private web app the agency used to study accounts, then added a free Chrome extension, and is now a public web platform with daily scanning, alerts and shared workspaces. The founder still runs the agency and uses Statly daily.
