It's possible your ISP assigned a used IP address to you due to the limited amount of available IPv4 addresses. This can cause Honeygain's Network Overused error if multiple users with the same IP are using it. To solve this, turn off your router for 10 minutes to get a new IP address. Check your IP before and after rebooting using a site like https://ip2location.com/ to confirm you have a new IP. Source: over 3 years ago

Sadly Honeygain is no longer working. I have checked my IP with ip2location.com and it has the usage type (DCH) Data Center/Web Hosting/Transit. Source: over 3 years ago
Only solution is to contact the ISP and request they update the location with ip2location.com (the provided Honeygain uses to try and validate what kind of IP address you have). Source: over 3 years ago
