I also used to do the exact same thing during a technical interview. Seems like an obvious answer, but I've always noticed the more prior practice I have, the less nervous I get. PgModeler is an open source tool that does diagramming as well as database management, including asking if you want to cascade when trying to drop tables. UI is a big quirky but once you get used to it, itโs very nice. I swear by it. https://pgmodeler.io. Source: almost 4 years ago
