I use ChatGPT a lot for writing, research, and brainstorming, but the constant back-and-forth slowed me down. I’d write an awkward prompt, get a vague answer, then realize I forgot to add context… and repeat 3–4 times before getting something useful.

Now, Instant Prompt looks at the whole conversation (not just the last message) and suggests what details to add. If I upload a doc or text, it builds prompts directly around that material. And it works across ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini without me switching tabs.
