Anyone have issues accessing some sites? Just to let everyone know its happening on every device in my home not just one. For example I cannot get to imdb.com I get 403 error but I can get to netflix.com. I can get to all sites if I connect to a vpn first. So its something with atts network but not sure what. For example I can access eclipse.org in chrome without issue. I'm seeing my PA cert when I check it's trusted. However when I run the eclipse installer it fails which I suspect is because of the decryption. I'm seeing this log in the decryption log both before and after installing the IA cert and when both using the installer or browsing the site. Source: about 3 years ago
