Try I am sober. It has it's own community for different things and you can even post about your day, and write reviews on how your doing each day. It even has a widget on the homescreen that reminds you how many days you've been sober. Source: about 3 years ago

Iโve had BED for a long time, and itโs really been like torture to overcome it. I saw on this sub that someone used the app I Am Sober to track their progress, and that it made a huge difference. Honestly, I was skeptical about how an app would make me feel, but this one takes the cake. I echo other commenters that DBT is fantastic but best with a trained professional leading a group of people learning the skills.
