The primary buyers are HR leaders, People & Culture teams, and senior leadership at companies with 100-500 employees who feel that good ideas are getting lost in group chats and meetings, and want a proper system to capture and act on them.

What's the story behind your product?

Harmoni Innovations's answer:

While working at a previous company, our founder Arron wanted to run an innovation challenge across the business. With no dedicated platform, he built one manually, a template document sent out to the whole company asking people to submit their ideas.

It worked. The quality of ideas that came back was genuinely impressive, and many of them were built on and taken forward. But the process was slow, repetitive, and hard to scale. It was clear that the concept was sound but the infrastructure wasn't.

That experience led to Harmoni. A platform built to do properly what that spreadsheet was doing roughly, giving every employee a structured route to raise ideas, and giving leadership a simple way to put specific challenges to the whole company.

Harmoni also draws on Harvard's timebox methodology, using a guided brain dump approach to help employees articulate their thinking clearly before submission. And rather than asking companies to change how they work, Harmoni is designed to slot into the hierarchy and processes most organisations already have in place.

Harmoni is built on React and Django, with MongoDB for data storage. It is hosted on Vercel & Heroku and uses the OpenAI API to power its AI idea analysis features.
