HoldingSoft+ is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for managing integrated quality, environmental, occupational health and safety, and information security systems. It supports ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 27001, and Colombian SG-SST regulations (Decree 1072, Resolution 0312) on a single interface. Built on the ISO Annex SL high-level structure, the platform offers eight integrated modules: Organization, Context, Leadership, Planning, Support, Operations, Performance Evaluation, and Improvement. Key capabilities include risk and opportunity matrices (heat-map 5x5), GTC 45 hazard identification, balanced scorecard, KPI tracking, internal audit management, document control with versioning, action plans with root cause analysis, integrated CRM, supplier management, and incident reporting. The native AI assistant SOFIA uses RAG over your organization's documents, providing verifiable citations to ISO clauses and regulations without hallucinations. Designed for SMBs and mid-market companies in Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, and Peru, with full multi-tenant isolation, data residency, and GDPR-compliant data handling. Pricing starts at USD 20/month with all 38 applications included in every plan.
Trained on billions of lines of public code, GitHub Copilot puts the knowledge you need at your fingertips, saving you time and helping you stay focused.

HoldingSoft's answer
HoldingSoft+ is the only SaaS in LATAM that combines integrated ISO compliance (9001/14001/45001 + Colombian SG-SST) with a native AI assistant (SOFIA) that responds with verifiable citations to specific clauses and regulations โ no hallucinations. Built on the ISO Annex SL high-level structure with eight integrated modules. All 38 SGI applications are included in every plan, with differentiation only by usage quotas. Multi-tenant from day one, allowing consultants to manage multiple clients in a single workspace and corporate groups to consolidate subsidiaries.
HoldingSoft's answer
Three concrete reasons. First, native AI assistant SOFIA uses RAG over your own documents and cites the exact ISO clause or Colombian Decree 1072 article โ competitors mention "AI" as a buzzword but lack verifiable citations. Second, transparent pricing starting at USD 20/month with all 38 applications included; competitors typically charge USD 200+ per module with feature gating. Third, deep LATAM specialization: pre-loaded GTC 45 hazard taxonomy, Resolution 0312 minimum standards, Decree 1072 compliance, and bilingual interfaces (Spanish/English/German) covering Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, and Peru without configuration.

Small and mid-market B2B companies in Latin America (Colombia, Mexico, Ecuador, Peru) with active ISO certification or SG-SST compliance obligations. Primary buyers are HSEQ managers, quality directors, and operations leaders managing 10 to 500 employees. Key segments include construction, manufacturing, healthcare, public entities, and consulting firms that manage multiple clients through our multi-tenant architecture. Companies pursuing first-time ISO certification benefit from our assisted onboarding, while established companies use our multi-norm integration to consolidate three or more standards into a single management system.
HoldingSoft's answer
HoldingSoft+ was born from Holding Consultants, a Colombian consulting firm specializing in ISO and SG-SST implementations. After years of helping clients with spreadsheets, Word documents, and disconnected tools, we built a unified platform for our own consulting work. Clients started asking for direct access to the platform itself โ that's when we spun it off into a standalone SaaS. The core insight: LATAM SGI software was either expensive enterprise suites disconnected from local regulations, or local tools lacking modern UX and AI capabilities. We close that gap with a platform that respects Colombian normativa while delivering a modern, AI-native experience accessible to SMBs.

Where llms.txt genuinely gets read is a different layer: coding and agent tooling โ Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf โ pulling a documentation site's pages with less token waste, plus emerging agent protocols like OpenAI's Agents SDK. That's real, and it's growing fast. - Source: dev.to / 19 days ago

For over a decade PhpStorm (starting in my WordPress era) and later WebStorm have been my main IDEs for web development. So when GitHub Copilot launched, it was a natural choice to try it out in WebStorm. It was one of the first AI coding tools I used, and it had a big impact on how I thought about AI-assisted coding. - Source: dev.to / about 1 month ago
Before we get into it, there are some things about AI usage worth addressing. I've had my fair share of scepticism in the past, but recent model releases have made it increasingly difficult to argue that AI isn't a viable tool for the majority of workstreams, including building user interfaces. Most large language models are trained on public data scraped from the internet, which means your internal design system... - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
Most developers still treat GitHub Copilot like a very good autocomplete engine. That's useful, but it's not the real unlock. - Source: dev.to / about 2 months ago
