What's the story behind your product?

HireTale's answer

We used multiple tools during our nine years of recruitment consulting where we placed thousands of candidates. After maintaining tens of thousands of candidates' data, we realized that there is no tool like spreadsheet if used optimally, hence this add-on was born :)
