Self hosted Gitlab instance is an option. The only cost is hosting (personally I am using hetzner.com CPX31 instance, 16โฌ for 160GB a month but you can add 1TB volume for 45โฌ a month if you need more space). Just keep in mind that Gitlab needs about 8GB RAM to work correctly (it crashes on 2 and is only kinda stable on 4). You can also use an older computer or a NAS if you prefer to go that route. I purchased ether from coinbase and sent it over to txbit.io. I am still waiting for the deposit to show up and it has been about 2 hours already. I looked at the etherscan of the transaction and I see the address that I sent it over too. It has been confirmed by coinbase as well. Not sure what seems to be the problem? Maybe there is a bunch of traffic slowing things down but everything shows successful and... Source: over 3 years ago
