It is one platform with an AI receptionist, AI chatbot, AI voicebot, and video that greets website visitors face-to-face with your own video or an AI avatar, answers calls, books appointments, follows up by text, and updates your CRM. Most businesses pay for a receptionist, a chatbot, a video widget, and a booking tool separately. Hello Gubby replaces all of them with one AI.

What's the story behind your product?

Hello Gubby is the child of its founder, Yogesh Abichandani (Saahil). Yogesh spent over a decade advising businesses and kept seeing the same pattern. Small businesses lose customers in the gaps between their tools. A lead comes in on one channel, the handoff never happens, the follow-up falls through. He also grew up in a small business family that could not afford enterprise software. He built Hello Gubby for the businesses that actually need it, priced so an owner can try it on a Friday afternoon.

How would you describe the primary audience of your product?

Service-based small and mid-sized businesses that want to enhance their team, not replace them. Everyone in AI talks about replacing people. We do the opposite. Hello Gubby handles the front desk work that gets dropped, so the team can focus on the work only they can do. Home services, real estate, property management, salons, legal, and any service business where missed inquiries and slow follow-ups cost real revenue.
