Everybody needs to take a deep breath because something reeks about the Jonas debunk. He may have been manipulated to find altered photos integrated into his legitimate data set. If the video is a hoax, why would some agency create this video in 2014?
Video being real, clouds planted by the CIA later except for the 2 or 3 found on archive.org (or maybe they hacked into archive.org), person working for textures.com on twitter is a plant, stock footage altered after the fact to look vaguely like the video.
