ChamberBD is a cloud-based chamber and clinic management platform built specifically for doctors in Bangladesh. It digitises the traditional doctor's chamber end to end: patients find verified doctors and book serial-based appointments online for free, while doctors manage schedules, digital prescriptions (with a 35,000+ Bangladesh drug database), patient records, payments, expenses and SMS reminders from one dashboard.
The platform is Bangla-first with full English support, works on any device without installation, and includes multi-chamber scheduling, role-based access control for reception and admin staff, a live waiting-room queue display, referrer commission tracking and a real-time clinic profitability dashboard.
ChamberBD also publishes a free, doctor-reviewed health library in Bengali and English, and a medicine price & information directory covering medicines available in Bangladesh.
ChamberBD offers a free plan for single-chamber practices; paid plans start at BDT 900/month with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required. The company is headquartered in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and was founded in 2024.

Haskell.org now has a big purple Get Started button that takes you to a nice short guide (haskell.org/get-started) that quickly provides all the basic info to get going with Haskell. It is aimed for beginners, to reduce choice fatigue and to give them a clear, official path to get going. Source: over 3 years ago
I just jumped into the wiki "Write Yourself a Scheme in 48 hours" which looks pretty good. (although some of the text explanation is hard to understand without context).. I used cabal to set up the starter project. Sublime editor seems to work OK and I just use the git Bash shell on windows to compile the program directly on the command line. So maybe this is all good enough for now (?). It seems installing... Source: over 3 years ago
