Okay, it's a little drawn-out, but here's what I did. We're a Google Classroom school, so I can't block Google.com, or else I can't use Classroom, Docs, Slides, etc. So no matter how many times I use a "Blocked Websites list" Scene to monitor my class and keep them from totallymath.com, abcya.com, etc, the kids could still play Snake, PacMan, and all the other Google Doodle games instead of doing their work.
