Hiringuru
HireCV is an AI-powered tool designed specifically for job seekers who never hear back after applying โ not because they're unqualified, but because their resume never makes it past Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Most companies now use automated resume filters. These systems scan your resume for specific keywords and ranking patterns โ and reject over 75% of applicants before a human ever sees them. HireCV is built to solve exactly that.
We originally developed HireCV as an internal tool after receiving hundreds of irrelevant applications. Our non-technical team needed a fast way to screen resumes. When it worked for us, we realized it could help any job seeker understand and overcome the invisible ATS wall.
Why HireCV is different: - Get a personalized AI score for each resume Upload your resume and job description โ HireCV highlights what matches, what doesnโt, and why. Youโll see exactly how ATS systems interpret your application. - No black box โ see it all You get clear visual feedback: green for matching skills, red for gaps. We show you whatโs missing and how to fix it. No generic advice, just what matters for your job. - Talk to a real HR expert (if needed) Unlike other tools, HireCV lets you chat with a real human HR professional. Ask questions, get guidance, and improve your resume with actual recruiter feedback.
Built by a real team solving a real problem This isnโt just another AI gimmick. Weโve tested HireCV with real job seekers and HR teams. Itโs fast, practical, and ready to help today โ no waitlist, no fluff.
Who it's for: Job seekers who: - Donโt get replies to applications - Apply online and suspect ATS is filtering them out - Want to tailor their resume for each job they care about

We created HireCV after our own team received over 300 resumes for a single job opening. Most were completely off-mark. Our engineers had to waste time sorting through irrelevant applications. So we built an internal tool to score resumes without needing technical input. It worked so well that our HR department asked for a version for job seekers โ and we saw an opportunity. After pilot testing it with real users and seeing results, we decided to make it public.
Based on our record, HackerRank seems to be more popular. It has been mentiond 67 times since March 2021. We are tracking product recommendations and mentions on various public social media platforms and blogs. They can help you identify which product is more popular and what people think of it.

I'm 18M Indian. Growing up I've always been a daydreamer, if you may. Since 8th grade - I'm fascinated by programming. And I'm good at it too. But I'm not cocky too. I wouldn't say I'm at an advanced level, but I can most probably solve any problem - in time - with my skills. I also keep my skills brushed by solving problems on Hacker Rank (every day or alternate days) and try my best to contribute on... Source: almost 3 years ago
