    Iโ€™ve used Priority Matrix for about 10 years at work. Itโ€™s the only thing that works for meโ€”Iโ€™m pretty sure I bought a lifetime license when they first got started. Their are other similar apps (search Eisenhower Matrix) you could check out. I start out by dumping everything in what I call the โ€œsomedayโ€ square (bottom right).
