Ideal Hire Ai
Overview: StackForce is an AI recruiting intelligence platform that automates the most time-consuming parts of hiring โ sourcing, outreach, and qualification โ so your team focuses only on the candidates worth a conversation. Brief Stacky, the AI agent at the core, and it pulls candidates from a pre-enriched talent pool, runs personalized outreach campaigns, and qualifies every reply automatically. You get a shortlist. Not a spreadsheet.
Whatโs inside: Stacky โ AI agent for sourcing, outreach, and qualification Talent Pool โ pre-enriched candidate database, instantly searchable Campaigns โ multi-step outreach sequences that run end-to-end Auto-qualification โ replies scored and sorted before they reach your inbox Shortlists โ only the candidates that match the brief
Built for: In-house recruiters, talent teams, and founders who want to move faster from brief to hire.
Greenhouse
StackforceGreenhouse is recommended for small to large enterprises that prioritize a collaborative hiring process and need a reliable ATS to manage their recruitment pipeline effectively. It's especially beneficial for companies with high-volume hiring needs or those looking to integrate their ATS with other HR and recruitment tools.

Stackforce's answer:
Stackforce is built for in-house recruiters, talent acquisition teams, and founders who need to move fast from role brief to qualified candidates without getting stuck in manual work.
Itโs especially valuable for teams handling high-volume hiring, fast-scaling startups, and lean HR functions where time spent on sourcing, outreach, and screening directly slows down hiring outcomes. Instead of adding more tools to manage, Stackforce fits teams that want to automate execution and focus only on final hiring decisions.
Stackforce's answer:
Instead of giving you more dashboards or filters, Stackforceโs AI agent (โStackyโ) runs sourcing, outreach and qualification end-to-end - pulling from a pre-enriched talent pool, engaging candidates with personalized campaigns, and filtering responses before they ever reach you.
The real shift is in decision-making speed. You donโt review hundreds of profiles or replies - you get a ready-to-hire shortlist.
And with AI profile chat, you can instantly ask questions about any candidate and get structured, recruiter-like insights - even when the information isnโt explicitly stated.
Stackforce isnโt another ATS or sourcing tool. It replaces the most time-consuming parts of recruiting - so you focus only on conversations that matter.

I applied a ton on LinkedIn and reached out to recruiters through there. greenhouse.io is also a good one. Otherwise, Google is your best friend, and I'd hand pick positions that make you apply directly on the company website rather than 3rd party. Source: almost 4 years ago
It's insane how shit some of these application forms are. Why can't every company have something like greenhouse.io so I don't have to make a fucking account to send you my resume and then fill out a bunch of the same info anyway. Source: about 4 years ago
Many jobs use services like greenhouse.io to post their jobs, and each job posting has an application form right on the listing. I'm applying to several companies where I'd be happy in several different positions (e.g. SWE on team X, SWE on team Y, SWE on team Z). Should I be filling out each form separately? Should I fill out just one but indicate that I'm open to other roles? Should I be trying to track down a... Source: about 4 years ago
I'd say I am not anti social, and I do get along well with people. No problem working in a team or by myself. I definitely get what you're saying though about looking like another It guy, but I just don't know what to edit. I wonder if my resume even makes it to a real person and isn't just being thrown out. I've noticed 99% of the jobs I apply for all use the same greenhouse.io format, and I never ever hear back... Source: over 5 years ago
