?????. Donโt listen to these people. You need to ask in another sub, of course the direct sun will affect, your garden, your house, your enjoyment. The sun here switches a couple of degrees in winter cause weโre close to the equator. http://suncalc.net/ , use this app to get your sun exposure if you know the exact location of your plot, you resale value will be higher.
