My art lover started with art classes on Outschool link. It's not a ton social, but it does help with learning to talk to others in a safe space and doing a fun activity. Outschool also has social clubs where kids and teens can meet up and just chat about certain subjects. If you can't join groups in person, this might be an option to get started. I teach on http://outschool.com, and though it is based on the states, I have been quite happy. Source: over 3 years ago
I always make this recommendation when educators post here. Have a look at the Outschool program https://outschool.com it's a remote learning company that I have a niece that teaches through them. I've heard nothing but good about the organization, and it teaches many that cannot attend a regular school. Including many trans children. Source: over 3 years ago
Outschool.com also has some teachers who do orton-gillingham stuff that we tried and we found that useful as well if you think doing it yourself is a bad idea. Source: over 3 years ago
